Sacred Sunday

Saint Joseph’s students will share what Catholic School means to them at each Mass.

Monday, January 28:  Celebrating Our Community

Macon Middle Georgia Great!

The Penny War will begin.  Collected funds will be donated to Daybreak.  Daybreak is a local organization that provides services to individuals facing the immediate crisis of homelessness.  On a daily basis, individuals can receive a hot meal, relax, wash up and do laundry, and speak with a social worker.

 

Tuesday, January 29:  Celebrating Our Students

Super Student Tuesday    

Students will draw pictures and /or write kind letters to their Prayer Buddies.  Students will also receive a special snack on this day.

Many Gifts, One Nation: A Day of Giving to Catholic Schools!  This National “One Day Giving” Campaign encourages parents, alumni, parishioners and friends to show their support for St. Joseph’s Catholic School by making a financial contribution.

 

Wednesday, January 30:  Celebrating the Nation

Patriotic Wednesday

A school wide Rosary will be said in the gymnasium.  We will have intentions for our nation, government leaders, and our military.

 

Thursday, January 31:  Celebrating Vocations

Thankful Thursday

Students will write “Thank You” cards to the Trappist Monks of The Monastery of the Holy Spirit in Conyers, Ga.

 

Friday, February 1:  Celebrating Faculty and Staff, Parents and Grandparents

Faithful SJS Family

Coffee and breakfast treats will be provided for faculty and staff in the breakroom.  Parents will receive a token of appreciation as they go through the carpool line and or drop off at the 3K/4K porch.

Grandparents Day Celebration

Our annual breakfast for grandparents will be held.  School Mass will follow.
